Instead of just tossing them around, why not try this app, "SnapCart", a cashback-scanning-receipt mobile app. Yes you can earn extra money from your receipt!
How to use it? Is it really Legit?
Founded in 2015, Snapcart currently operates in 4 countries within South East Asia and Latin America: Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and Brazil, establishing its global presence. Through its receipt scanning app, point-of-sale app and proprietary machine learning SKU prediction, Snapcart collects billions of data points on an individual shopper and retailer level.
Snapcart operates a mobile application that gives shoppers cashback for scanning their receipts while we collect massive amount of purchase data, analyze and offer to brands on a real time basis with shopper rich information.

When you open the snapcart app, 3 information tab will be listed. For starters, it is very helpful to read these guidelines to avoid confusion & to make sure every snap counts.

How to use SnapCart App?
1. Click the snap camera icon on the bottom-right side.
2. Snap your receipt. Make sure to capture all parts and must be readable.
3. If the snap is not clear enough, press "Retake".
If the quality is clear & readable, then press the blue-plus sign on the center to capture the rest of the receipt.
Click "Finish" once you've capture the last part.
4. Select who decides the purchase.
And your done! You've snapped your receipt.

How to claim your Cashback / Cash Out?
1. In order to Cash Out, you must indicate your bank account in your profile account.
2. On the initial screen, click "Cash Out".
3. Option to Cash Out will be displayed.
You can edit the amount of your cashback then click "Cash Out". The last time I cash out, the minimum was ₱ 220, ₱ 20 of which is service charge.
Same as your receipts, your Cash Out transactions can also be view as Sent, Rejected or Completed. Cash Out details will be displayed once selected.
Notes:
Previously, it takes 7 days for receipts to be accepted as either "Rejected" or "Completed", but as of 11/30/2018, it takes 3 hours to 3 days for snapcart to process receipts. Unpredictable delays happen tho some are announce.

MAJOR UPDATES! (02-27-2019)
Coins as the Main Currency! ~ I'm honestly NOT A FAN of this. So instead of cashbacks (money in Php currency for example), starting 02/27/2019 every snaps will be converted to coins which can ONLY be use in the app' game "Snaptastic". I've played it and the probability of getting REAL cashback is very low. In the game, every attempts costs 500 coins. and honestly most prizes that you can get are worth lower than 500 coins, and the struggle of getting REAL cashback is 2/8 or 0/8, cashbacks vs coins respectively.
Conclusion: the excitement whenever I get cashbacks on every snaps is now gone.
