Promo period 1. Promo period is from October 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019. Who can join the raffle? 2. The Raffle promo is open to Newly enrolled and Existing Robinsons Bank Personal Online Banking (POB) users who pay their bills from October 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019.
3. Robinsons Bank employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified in joining the promo. How do you earn e-raffle entries? CLIENTS EARN ENTRIES UPON POB* ENROLLMENT:
4. Upon 1st log-in starting October 1, 2018 Existing POB Users will automatically get three (3) e-raffle entries
5. From October 1 to 31, 2018 New enrollees will earn three (3) e-raffle entries
6. From November 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019 New enrollees will earn one (1) e-raffle entry
VIA BILLS PAYMENT:
7. Clients who use Bills Payment are entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry for every successful Bills Payment transaction with following conditions:
a. minimum of P100 must be paid during the transaction b. the payment was made to a unique biller subscriber number; entry gained once per month Raffle Draw Dates and Prize Redemption 8. Users can call or email Robinsons Bank Customer Care Center at (02) 637-2273 or c3@robinsonsbank.com.ph to request an update for their total earned e-raffle entries.
9. Raffle Prizes to be given away:
i. 1 winner of Apple watch Series 3 (November 2018) ii. 1 winner of Apple watch Series 3 (December 2018) iii. 1 winner of Apple watch Series 3 (January 2019) iv. 2 winners of 64GB IPhone X (February 2019)
10. Users are entitled to one (1) chance of winning per monthly draw and have a second chance to win at the grand draw (February 14, 2019)
11. Raffle draws shall be done via electronic draw at the Robinsons Bank Marketing office located on the 30th Floor, Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA cor. Ortigas Ave. in the presence of a DTI representative.

October 1 to October 31, 2018 November 14, 2018 November 1 to November 30, 2018 December 14, 2018 December 1 to December 31, 2018 January 14, 2019 October 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019 February 14, 2019 13. 20% tax on prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by Robinsons Bank.
14. Raffle prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
Claiming and Notification
15. Raffle draw winners will be notified by Robinsons Bank through registered email and snail mail. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present the email notification and one (1) valid forms of identification or government issued I.D. If there is any discrepancy between the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
16. Winners who cannot claim their prizes personally must send, on their behalf, a representative bringing an authorization letter, photocopy of the email notification, photocopy of the winner’s valid I.D and claimant valid I.D.
17. Winners within Metro Manila may claim their prize at the Robinsons Bank head office, 30th floor, Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA cor. Ortigas Ave. or a nominated Robinsons Bank branch.
18. Winners outside Metro Manila may claim their prize at their branch of account or a nominated Robinsons Bank branch.
19. Redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, Robinsons Bank reserves the right to choose another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winners will be given sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After sixty (60) days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Bank with prior DTI approval.
20. By participating in the raffle, the winners agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Robinsons Bank relating to the draw. The winners agree that Robinsons Bank may publicize the name and photograph of the winners in such mode and manner as Robinsons Bank considers fit.
